What is “Nalpeirond6b”? — Process safety information

This is part of NIk Software's plugins for Aperture (and Photoshop and presumably Lightroom, too). If you remove it, the NIK plugins won't launch. They are running in 32-bit though, which is why I stumbled on them in the first place (and tried deleting them… oops)
